Bringing back clarity where work blurs the landmarks.
navimia was born from a personal experience of burnout and from an observation: when work starts to weigh, it is often hard to understand what is happening, to put words on what you are going through and to know what to do.
We are building navimia for this grey area: the moment when you feel something is deteriorating, before the situation has a name. A space to see clearly before seeking help, or to seek it better.
For calmer, more alive and more sustainable working lives.
We spend a large part of our lives at work. What we experience there shapes our energy, our confidence, our relationships, our health and our ability to look ahead, well beyond the working day itself.
In an increasingly complex world, we have to contend with hyperconnection, faster rhythms, multiplying responsibilities, individual needs and organisations that are themselves under heavy constraints.
Our day-to-day wellbeing therefore depends on our collective ability to understand earlier what is going out of balance, to protect our mental health and to act before tiredness, loss of meaning or disengagement become the only visible ways out.
Mental health was declared a Grande Cause Nationale (national priority) in France in 2025, and the business world is starting to commit. We want to contribute at our own scale: with a tool that helps each person understand earlier what is going out of balance in their work.
Understand earlier
Spot and connect the first imbalances before fog, tiredness or disengagement set in for good.
Connect the realities
Take into account the person's needs, their environment, their pace of life and the organisation's constraints, all at once.
Act for the long term
Go beyond short-lived relief: help each person build, step by step, a way of working they can sustain over time.
Behind navimia, women and men.
Navimia is built where science, lived experience and support practices meet. Meet the people who carry the project day to day, inform its choices, contribute to its design or support users within the partner ecosystem.
The day-to-day team
Complementary expertise to design navimia, make it evolve and stay as close as possible to its users' needs.
Valérie Ducret
Founder of Humanity Science Studio and scientific lead of navimia
Valérie holds a PhD in life sciences and has worked in academic research, biotechnology and data- and AI-driven health. Her personal experience of burnout led her to imagine the tool she wishes she had found when she lacked perspective and reference points.
She brings navimia its scientific and technological vision.
Cécile Chauvot
RNCP-certified sophrologist
A sophrologist by profession, Cécile practised for seven years in Singapore, where she founded a multidisciplinary wellbeing centre, before returning to Paris. She supports individuals and corporate teams, in her practice and remotely, on stress, overload and burnout.
She brings navimia her understanding of bodily experience, recovery and people's concrete needs when their resources are depleted.
Sonakshi Gupta
PhD candidate in developmental and educational psychology
A neuroscience graduate of ENS-PSL and a CIFRE doctoral researcher at Université Lumière Lyon 2, Sonakshi has designed and rolled out impact evaluation strategies for educational programmes and corporate foundations, reaching more than a thousand beneficiaries.
She brings navimia her rigour in mixed methods, psychometrics and impact evaluation, to measure what the tool really changes for people.
Véronique Roy
Navimia ambassador
A salesperson by trade, Véronique spent more than thirty years in trade press and health media, including eleven years as a key account director in the health division of the 1Health group, working with pharmaceutical companies and communication agencies.
Now retired, she has chosen to put her network and experience to work for navimia: she spreads the word, opens doors and connects the team with companies and health sector players.
They contributed to navimia
Through their advice, feedback or know-how, these professionals contributed to the design of navimia.
Michael Blaizot
UX/UI designer
Michael brought his product design experience to create a welcoming, ergonomic platform where everyone can navigate smoothly and intuitively.
Constance Legat
Occupational psychologist
A clinical psychologist specialising in psychosocial risks and suffering at work, she contributed to the scientific and methodological framing of navimia.
An outside view on rigour, ethics and impact.
The scientific committee brings a critical eye to the foundations of navimia, the use of artificial intelligence and the way we evaluate what the tool really brings to people.
Xavier Briffault
Researcher in social sciences and epistemology of mental health, CNRS (Cermes3)
With a PhD in computer science and a former career as an AI researcher, Xavier has worked for more than twenty years on mental health: depression, suicide prevention, psychotherapies, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and digital uses in psychiatry.
He advises navimia on ethics and rigour in the use of AI in mental health.
Vassili Soumelis
Physician and immunologist, medical director at ArcaScience
A haematologist by training, Vassili led a laboratory at Institut Curie, then was professor of immunology at Université Paris Cité and Hôpital Saint-Louis, where he headed the Inserm human immunology unit. Since 2022, he has put this expertise to work in AI for health, first at Owkin and then at ArcaScience.
He advises navimia on scientific evaluation and its real impact for users.
A human ecosystem to extend the approach.
Navimia is developing an ecosystem of professionals with complementary approaches: psychologists, sophrologists and professional coaches. These partners can support users who wish to deepen their reflection, get through a difficult period or move forward in their career. Support options and ways to get in touch are offered directly in the app.
Cécile Chauvot
RNCP-certified sophrologist
Cécile supports individuals and corporate teams, in her practice and remotely, on stress, overload and burnout. Her approach draws on bodily experience and recovery when resources are depleted.
Aurélie Godeau
Career management and professional transition consultant
Aurélie supports people going through a period of questioning, loss of meaning or professional transition, helping them regain confidence, clarity and prospects for growth. Using introspection tools, group workshops and her HR expertise, she helps each person build a career project aligned with their aspirations and a concrete action plan. She notably offers skills assessments combining individual sessions and group workshops.
Would you like to join the navimia ecosystem?

Grounded in scientific reference points
navimia draws on occupational psychology, demands-resources models, neuroscience and other recognised fields of research.
Built through iteration
Usage and feedback are used to continuously improve the experience and relevance of the tool.
Responsible in its use of AI
Artificial intelligence is used as a specialised clarification tool: it asks questions, structures, puts things in perspective and suggests concrete avenues. It does not decide in the person's place, and it challenges interpretations carefully when that is useful.
Connected to people
navimia recognises its limits and helps identify a human or professional contact when one becomes necessary.
Turning scientific knowledge into tools that serve wellbeing and the capacity to act.
navimia is the first project developed by Humanity Science Studio, an independent scientific studio founded to create living, responsible products supported by scientific knowledge.
The studio connects research, technology and human experience to turn complex problems into accessible tools. Its ambition is to develop scientific assets that concretely improve wellbeing and the capacity to act, while holding to high standards of care, rigour and ethics.
navimia embodies this approach: starting from occupational psychology, cognitive science, knowledge on mental health and user feedback to gradually build a product genuinely suited to moments of tiredness, confusion or transition.
Grounded in science. Centred on people.

The first beta testers joined navimia at very different moments: overload, exhaustion, loss of meaning, difficulties with management, thinking about a career change or needing to step back.
Their feedback helps us improve the questions, the summaries, the pace of conversations and the resources offered, so that navimia stays useful across different moments and situations.
9 in 10
found the summaries faithful to what they had expressed, or were positively surprised by their accuracy.
8 in 10
say the follow-up questions helped them move forward in their clarification.
Early exploratory results gathered from 10 beta testers. This feedback assesses the user experience of navimia and is not a clinical evaluation of its effectiveness.
“The summary surprised me positively, even more than the sequence of questions.”
“I was pleasantly surprised by the relevance of the tool's answers.”
“The summary and the map are very interesting in the end.”
“I really like the practical tools navimia offers, especially the map, the advice and the note-taking.”
“The design is attractive, clean and calming. The interface is very simple and intuitive to use.”
“For work-related questions, you would rather use navimia than a general-purpose tool.”
