These terms of use set out the framework for accessing and using the navimia service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the service
navimia is a digital service that supports personal reflection, emotional clarification and the exploration of situations related in particular to work, mental load, loss of meaning or periods of transition.
The content generated by navimia is informative and reflective in purpose. It is intended to help you better understand your situation, without replacing a personal decision or human support.
2. Access to the service
The service is available to people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this condition and that you provide accurate, up-to-date and truthful information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the use made of your account.
3. Permitted use
navimia is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to use the service for resale, automated exploitation or unauthorised access, or in any way contrary to applicable law.
4. Limits of the service
navimia does not provide medical diagnoses, psychological opinions or therapeutic advice. Under no circumstances does it replace a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist or any other qualified professional.
The responses, syntheses and personalised content provided by navimia are generated by an artificial intelligence system. navimia is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
The syntheses, analyses and content provided are offered as an aid to reflection. You remain solely responsible for how you use them and for the decisions you make on that basis.
5. Emergencies
navimia is not an emergency service. In case of immediate danger, acute psychological distress or suicidal thoughts, you must contact the emergency services, the 3114 helpline, your doctor or a healthcare professional without delay.
6. Data and content you enter
You remain responsible for the information you choose to share in the service. You undertake not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, violent or discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is". We make our best efforts to ensure its accessibility and proper functioning, without guaranteeing continuous or error-free availability.
We may temporarily suspend access to the service for maintenance, security or development purposes.
